Martin Klaver is fascinated with group dynamics and by his work as a systems-inspired coach and facilitator. He supports teams and organizations in transforming to realize their potential. Knowing that all teams and organizations have a purpose, Martin organizes the structures within the team and creates space for the work of reconnecting with this purpose.
He firmly believes that a strong relationship between facilitator and team is necessary for success. Martin integrates ORSC systems coaching with active tools that fit and help in the given situation.
In addition to his ORSC certification, Martin holds a master’s in business administration and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). He is also certified in different personality tests. Martin is very knowledgeable in the topics of Non-Violent Communication, Transactional Analysis and Theme Centered Interaction. This training supports his work with the global teams in facilitating working with diversity, change, inclusion and decision-making.
Martin’s specialties include team coaching, leadership development and sparring partner/coach. His work is defined by a belief that to create successful teams, you need strong relationships. For that, you must know yourself. Martin’s knowledgeable, enthusiastic and slightly rebellious approach allows him to take a neutral stance and easily address the challenges in a team.
