As a systems-inspired coach and facilitator, Michael serves as a bridge between individual transformation and collective impact. He supports leaders, teams and organizations to uncover the wisdom already present within their systems, and to align around purposeful life-giving action. Whether working with an executive navigating complexity, a coaching professional deepening their craft or a mission-driven team reshaping their culture, Michael’s focus is on creating spaces where authentic connection, clarity, and resilience can emerge.
His approach integrates Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™), somatic awareness and trauma-informed facilitation. Michael sees each engagement as an evolving conversation with the system itself, listening deeply to what is present and adapting to what is emerging moment by moment. This responsiveness allows him to guide individuals and groups toward greater coherence, trust and capacity to move forward together.
Michael is shaped by the pioneering work of Faith Fuller and Marita Fridjhon and the legacy of Systems Inspired™ Leadership cultivated through CRR Global. His practice is further informed by the somatic traditions of Richard Strozzi, the depth psychology of Jung, the contemplative teachings of Richard Rohr, the developmental leadership and action-inquiry work of Bill Torbert and the systemic constellations lineage of Bert Hellinger. Carrying these lineages forward, he seeks to integrate their wisdom in service of equity, regeneration and the flourishing of the systems he serves.
In addition to his ORSCC and PCC credentials, Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science. He is also trained in somatic coaching, polarity therapy and as a trauma-informed coach for clients who are aware of their trauma and ready to work with it from a non-clinical, resource-based approach. This foundation of rigorous training enables him to hold deep, transformational space for leaders and teams across global contexts.
At the heart of Michael’s work is a belief that transformation arises through courageous dialogue, embodied presence and listening with humility to what is wanting to emerge from the system. He is guided by compassion, curiosity and an unwavering commitment to dignity for all.
