As Amanda Gorman says, “There is always light. Only if we are brave enough to see it. There is always light. Only if we are brave enough to be it.”

Michelle Davis is Director of Strategic Worldwork and a member of the CRR Global faculty. Her work centers on developing people in service of healthier systems, from relationships and teams to organizations and society. At every level, she supports shifts in how people connect across differences, fostering the self-awareness needed to bridge divides and co-create a more just and generative future.

Michelle works with leaders, practitioners and systems coaches who are deepening their authentic presence and confidence. She guides teams through conflict, transition, cohesion and inclusive strategy. She has developed a cohort model of coaching that helps groups surface and transform the unexamined narratives that often create bias or barriers to connection.

For Michelle, relationships are the foundation of belonging and the mechanism for designing new possibilities together.

Her methodology is rooted in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™), where she draws on alignment coaching, roles exploration and the three levels of reality. She also integrates insights from Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead and Daring Way, cohort-based facilitation models and evoking mastery by connecting to higher purpose in creating right impact.

Michelle’s professional journey has included a season of providing therapy as a licensed professional counselor to the most vulnerable among us, and a season of developing and delivering learning experiences that challenge and disrupt the status quo when it no longer serves. Currently, she provides leadership, team and relationship systems coaching as a certified relationship systems coach to maximize the passion, dedication and unwavering commitment of professionals in the human services disciplines.

Michelle’s lineage is grounded in her faith, with a guiding question for every encounter: What do the behaviors of love require of me in this moment, and the next? She is influenced by the two CRR Global founders as well as Barack Obama, Brené Brown, Simon Sinek and Margaret Wheatley. Michelle carries forward traditions of transformational, relational and servant leadership in emergent and adaptive ways.

In addition to being ORSC certified, Michelle holds a master’s degree in counseling, is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a former Dare to Lead facilitator. Her practice is shaped by values of justice, determination, growth, fairness and integrity.

Michelle’s determination is also rooted in her family’s legacy of perseverance, which opened doors for her to step into her own path.
