Michelle is a relationship systems coach with expertise in family systems, non-profit teams, couples, county teams and collaborative but separate teams.
She is a certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Co-Active coach and an active faculty member for CRR Global. She is honored to train professional coaches from around the world in specific coaching curricula and systems strategies. Michelle holds a master of science degree in organizational leadership from Regis University, as well as a business degree in organizational leadership with a double emphasis in executive leadership and strategic business management. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in speech communications and psychology from Metropolitan State College of Denver.
She has been a certified practitioner for the Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) for traumatized children and youth for more than a decade. She is also a faculty member of the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, and works with the Kempe Center for the Prevention and Treatment of Child Abuse. She has spent more than 28 years working with children and families in various capacities of familial and educational support.
Michelle coaches people who have faced neuro-trauma, using empowering principles and actionable steps to support their growth.
Authenticity is her greatest strength. Michelle brings her genuine self and a distinct presence to every setting, and takes great pride in coaching individuals, couples, families and professional teams.
