Molly Flanagan is a systems coach, facilitator, and CRR Global faculty member dedicated to bringing systems-inspired leadership into organizational and community life. Her current focus, which she calls “neighborhood ORSC,” is cultivating resilient, hyper-local communities that honor every voice and strengthen the social fabric during systemic upheaval, climate insecurity, and economic instability.
Alongside this emerging Worldwork, Molly partners with mission-driven leaders, teams, and organizations to align culture with strategy—a practice she calls culture by design—to create sustainable, long-term impact. She also supports visionary leaders navigating profound personal and professional meta-transitions, helping them realign with purpose through a whole-systems approach. At the heart of her work is fostering embodiment, intimacy, and flourishing in human systems, designing relationships that balance sovereignty and interdependence in service of collective regeneration.
Molly serves passionate leaders and teams working at the intersection of business, government, and mission-driven enterprise. She supports nonprofits and organizations in transition, guiding them through reorganization, culture-building, mission realignment, and systems optimization.
She places relationship at the center of transformation, helping people create space within the chaos of change, to find meaning in the mayhem, and remain steady in the face of uncertainty.
She is deeply committed to ORSC as a healing path that democratizes leadership by honoring every voice and signal within a system. Over time, her approach has evolved to weave ORSC tools with somatics, neuroscience, Akashic Records, and energy work, allowing her to meet systems at multiple levels of awareness and embodiment. Her specialties include leadership transitions, conflict transformation, culture change, organizational realignment, and community resilience.
Molly’s practice is shaped by a tapestry of traditions and teachers. She draws from the wisdom of Faith Fuller and Marita Fridjhon in ORSC, Lynda Caesara and the Sweet Medicine Sundance Path, Brynne Dippell and the Akashic Records, and VortexHealing Divine Energy Healing. These lineages inform and enliven one another, amplifying the depth and transformational power of her work.
She is an ORSC Certified Coach and front-of-the-room leader with CRR Global and served on the Candlelight Committee, a North American faculty initiative advancing inclusion. In addition to her listed credentials, Molly is a certified neurotransformational coach, a master multi-modal energy healer, and holds a master’s degree in public administration.
What feels most alive in Molly’s work is bringing systems-inspired leadership into everyday life — from boardrooms to backyards — as part of building the resilient communities we need for the future. She invites leaders, teams, and communities to recognize that even in challenging times, it is possible to create meaning, connection, and resilience. Molly calls people to cultivate right relationship within and across all domains of life, meeting each moment with presence, openness, and courage.
