Nairy McMahon (she/her) is a certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (CRR Global) and a Professional Certified Coach (ICF) who specializes in supporting boards, C-suites and executive teams through complex transitions. She partners with leaders navigating mergers, restructuring, funding challenges and ambitious strategies, helping them stay in relationship through the tensions of transformation.
