Naokazu Harada

Naokazu Harada works with clients to create the next generation of management and organizational operations. A systems coach and CRR Global Japan faculty member and co-founder, he has supported over 2,000 leaders, executive teams, and couples through ORSC coaching. 

Having worked for 15 years in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and organizational development, he realizes the transformative power of relationships. 

Naokazu is a managing member of CRR Global Japan, responsible for creating a team coaching market in Japan. He also provides lectures and coaching to university students and young adults on how to create relationship-centered businesses.
