Lean into the unknown and listen for the wisdom in what cannot yet be seen, trusting that the invisible holds the seeds of growth and transformation.

Refiloe Mokonyane is a relationship systems coach and facilitator who is passionate about human development and serving as a change agent. She helps create healthier, more connected environments in homes, schools, communities and workplaces.

Refiloe supports individuals and groups in moving beyond linear and logical thinking to see new possibilities. She draws on Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™) to simplify the complexity of relationships, offering a paradigm shift that empowers every team member. By opening a systemic lens, she helps systems harness collective intelligence, resolve conflict and create alignment that allows them to thrive.

She works with new managers and leaders in corporate and government settings, as well as with schools and families. Her coaching helps emerging leaders gain the relational awareness needed to lead with confidence, clarity and compassion. In schools and families, she fosters deeper connection and mutual understanding, creating environments where growth and belonging are possible. Across all these contexts, her work transforms how people relate to one another—moving from conflict or disconnection toward trust, alignment and collective strength.

Refiloe brings both analytical and systemic lenses to her work. Her journey from corporate environments into human systems reflects her commitment to aligning work with passion. She sees her lineage not only in formal training but also in the breadth of her life experiences. Each chapter of her journey has shaped the facilitator she is today, and she carries these lessons forward with humility and gratitude.

In addition to her coach training, Refiloe is a licensed More To Life facilitator. She also has a background in IT and holds a BComm in information systems, a foundation that allows her to bridge structured analysis with relational intelligence. These credentials strengthen her ability to create awareness, simplify complexity and invite systems into transformative change. As co-founder of Bestowed Hope, a nonprofit dedicated to offering personal development workshops, she extends her impact into communities seeking growth and transformation.

Nature keeps Refiloe grounded. She tends a vegetable garden at home and finds joy in hiking, where she reconnects with the rhythms of the natural world. This connection influences how she shows up in her work—with patience, presence and an appreciation for the seasons of growth that every system moves through. She is guided by a deep love for humanity, a belief in growth and the nurturing of meaningful relationships.
