As a passionate leadership and relationship systems coach, Romaine offers a space where individuals and teams can together navigate change and transformation with purpose, enhanced clarity and connection. Drawing on more than 1,800 hours of coaching experience, she works with leaders, executives, high-potential individuals and mission-driven teams to build the trust, resilience and collective intelligence needed to thrive in complexity. Romaine weaves together ORSC, deep democracy practice, organizational development, somatic awareness and decades of experience in leadership development, behavioral change and team performance in coaching international organizations. She is a faculty member and front-of-room leader for CRR Global, and a certified ORSC coach. Romaine is also PCC-accredited by the International Coaching Federation and ACTC-accredited in team coaching. In addition, she is an ID-SUP-credentialed coaching supervisor (EMCC), committed to an empowering plural and systemic reflective approach for individuals, partners and groups.
Romaine is certified in Gallup CliftonStrengths and uses multiple team and leadership assessment tools in her work. She is further shaped by her dual nationality, profoundly multicultural upbringing across Europe and beyond, and lifelong commitment to inclusion, curiosity and human dignity.
