I cultivate cultures of deep listening, courage, humility, creativity and a willingness to move beyond the status quo for the sake of transformative change.

As a systems-inspired coach and facilitator, Rosy helps leaders, teams and couples to tap into their innate wisdom, creativity and potential. She supports systems to deepen self-awareness, navigate conflict and complexity with more ease, and co-create more generative ways of working and relating. As relationships are at the heart of all human endeavors, building awareness and developing skills to bring out the best in systems is both essential and transformative.

Rosy works primarily with purpose-driven individuals and organizations that are dedicated to making the world more just and sustainable. She helps individuals and teams identify and navigate systemic road blocks, including inequities that exist in all systems. The work is healing and empowering. Rosy is continuously inspired by the ripple effect that deep work has on individuals and teams, their stakeholders and the greater community.

Her work integrates systems coaching, adult development, mindfulness and embodied leadership. In addition to her study and engagement with ORSC co-creators Faith Fuller and Marita Fridjhon, her practice has been influenced and elevated by over 40 years of yoga practice and an advanced degree in yoga teaching and mindfulness.

Rosy takes joy in being embedded in many aspects of the CRR Global system. Her particular passion is bringing the work up to date and out to an even wider world as we strive to diversify our faculty and make our training more accessible to all. In recent years, she has had the honor of working closely with the Candlelight Committee. In making these powerful tools available to more people, we support social transformation.

Rosy holds a master’s degree of science in education, and is a certified ORSC Coach (ORSCC), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Co-Active Coach (CPCC). In addition, she is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) and holds a certificate in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. She carries these threads forward in service of regenerative practice, relational accountability, and social transformation.
