Roula Eid is an adaptive systems coach who helps leaders and their teams navigate complexity, evolve their ways of working, and turn rapid change into shared opportunity. She partners with first-time CEOs, senior engineers, and mission-driven organizations seeking to strengthen collaboration while delivering results across cultures and time zones.
Her practice is a living system, blending ORSC-based relationship coaching, NLP, Time-Line Therapy, and her proprietary INSPIRE framework. Roula meets each client where they are and co-creates practical, embodied shifts they can apply immediately.
Her work stands on the shoulders of CRR Global founders Faith Fuller and Marita Fridjhon. It is enriched by NLP lineage through Richard Bandler and the cross-cultural wisdom gained during three decades of leadership in the Middle East, Europe, and North America. She carries these teachings forward to foster resilience, and regenerative impact.
Roula holds a master’s degree in industrial & commercial business administration, has PCC and ACTC accreditations with the International Coaching Federation, is an ORSC Certified Coach (ORSCC), a team coaching supervisor, a mentor coach, and a certified NLP, Time-Line Therapy, hypnotherapy and EQ-i practitioner.
Roula carries her values within her very name: Respect, Openness, Uniqueness, Love, and Authenticity. She uses them to create a safe space, invite honest dialogue, celebrate diverse voices, nurture caring relationships, and model genuine leadership for the teams and leaders she serves.
