Sayaka Okamoto believes that quality relationships have the power to transform your world. She supports the inner transformation of individuals and organizations by unlocking potential, and connects that transformation to tangible, external outcomes.
With a background as a specialist in public relations, investor relations and strategic communication, Sayaka has worked on projects with both corporations and government agencies. Through these experiences, she came to understand that the process of shaping language, message, intention and relationship has a profound impact on society.
In 2018, her focus shifted from external communication to the inner dimension of relationship: the unconscious contracts and inner dialogues she believes to be its very source. This shift led her into the field of coaching. Since then, she has accompanied entrepreneurs, executives, professional athletes, creatives, leadership teams and organizations on journeys of transformation through executive coaching, systems coaching and communication development for leaders.
In addition to being ORSC-certified (ORSCC), Sayaka is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She integrates approaches such as mental models, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and energy work into her sessions to support leaders and organizations in cultivating authentic leadership. Through these practices, she creates space for individuals and systems to embrace the irreversible transformation of continuously evolving their unique way of being and communication.
