Sergio Blancafort (he/him) is a co-founder and academic director of Green Light GO, specializing in organizational systems coaching, somatic leadership and Co-Active methodologies. He supports leaders, coaches and professionals in embodying new ways of being that generate authentic impact, helping individuals and teams act in alignment with their evolving insights.
Sergio’s approach integrates ORSC, Co-Active practices and somatic coaching. He emphasizes experiential, embodied learning to ensure change occurs not only in thought but also through coherent action. His work is shaped by systemic and somatic traditions and continues to evolve with practice.
In addition to his other coaching credentials, Sergio trained at the Strozzi Institute in San Francisco under Dr. Richard Strozzi-Heckler. His specialties include somatic leadership, organizational and relational systems coaching, executive development, embodied learning and conscious leadership.
