We are all interdependent. Transformation begins with the awareness of this truth.

Many leaders return from powerful leadership trainings inspired and energized, only to find minimal to no shifts when they return to their teams. This question of why real change so often falters is what first drew Sharon to discover ORSC.

In her early years of coaching, Sharon saw the value of working one-on-one with leaders and the impact of skill-building workshops. Yet she also noticed the limits of focusing on individuals alone. Real transformation, she realized, emerges when the wider system is engaged—when teams, relationships, and organizations are included in the work.

Sharon partners with leaders and teams, particularly in international banking and financial services, to create environments where collaboration flows more easily, productivity grows, and people feel engaged at work. She often reminds teams, “Work doesn’t have to be this painful or difficult.” With a gift for translating the intangible world of people and culture into practical tools, Sharon helps groups find clarity and connection. Dysfunction gives way to harmony, and once-stuck teams begin to hum with energy and purpose.

Sharon brings a deep toolkit of coaching practices to her work, alongside the lived wisdom she gains as a mother of three sons. She is a certified ORSC Coach (ORSCC), an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Co-Active Professional Certified Coach (CPCC) and a member of the CRR Global faculty.

At the heart of her practice is a conviction that transformation begins with recognizing our interdependence. Sharon invites leaders and teams into the inner work of reflection, connection, courage, and compassion—the foundations of strong, resilient systems that can have a profound impact in the world.
