Sunčica (Nuna) Getter is a systemic coach, consultant and educator dedicated to transformational personal, leadership and community development, as well as culture change. She partners with individuals and organizations to expand capacity, navigate complexity and create sustainable evolution.
Her personal and professional experiences have reinforced her belief that an integrative, holistic approach, supported by community, strengthens wellbeing and growth. Sunčica’s multidisciplinary practice weaves systemic coaching, mindfulness meditation, embodiment, transpersonal work and psychodynamic approaches, aligning inner awareness with collective action in service of relational wellbeing.
She has worked internationally with Fortune 500 companies, tech start-ups, NGOs, governments, cultural institutions and academic settings across Europe. She supports CEOs, founders, executives, academics and artists to expand awareness, deepen connection and assume greater responsibility in leadership. Her clients cultivate vitality and purposeful action, creating healthier, more resilient systems.
Her practice draws on a lineage of teachers and traditions, including systemic and relationship-inspired coaching with Marita Fridjhon and Faith Fuller; the systemic work of Arnold Mindell; mindfulness teachings from Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach and Thich Nhat Hanh; Stanislav Grof’s transpersonal approach to holotropic breathwork; somatic traditions such as Michaela Boehm’s Non-Linear Movement Method and Joyce Virani’s Qigong; and psychodynamic insights from Wilfred Bion and the Tavistock tradition. In addition to her coaching qualifications, Sunčica is an accredited supervisor with EMCC, and is certified in mindfulness meditation and non-linear movement method embodiment. She also holds a master’s degree with honors in consulting and leading in organizations from Tavistock.
Together with Marita Fridjhon, Sunčica co-created the Systems Inspired™ Coaching Supervision model at the foundation of CRR Global’s supervision groups and training program.
Beyond her professional work, Sunčica translates poetry from English into Serbian—including the works of Mary Oliver—shapes clay through pottery and treasures her long walks by the river. She invites clients to trust the wisdom and creativity of systems, connecting with their authentic expression and unique contribution.
