I nurture the cultural soil where leadership and entrepreneurship are not carried alone, but held collectively by teams and communities.

As a systems-inspired coach and organizational facilitator, Yui Haraguchi supports mission-driven individuals and organizations to choose and create the futures they truly desire. She collaborates with nonprofit leaders, social entrepreneurs, public sector change-makers and corporate managers who are committed to both personal and societal transformation. Through dialogue, coaching, and co-creative workshops, Yui helps them develop the relational capacity to lead with clarity, resilience, and shared purpose.

Her approach integrates Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) and NVC (Nonviolent Communication), forming a dynamic practice that speaks to human intention and will. Drawing from her background in Living Lab methodologies, she designs participatory experiences that engage people of all ages, from children to elders, through embodied, movement-based workshops rooted in community life.

Yui’s work is shaped by a central question: “Why do people often lose creativity in groups?” Beginning with community-based Living Lab projects and design thinking workshops in corporate settings, she encountered systems coaching as a powerful answer to this question. Since then, she has supported organizations in reclaiming their inherent creativity and relational intelligence. More recently, she designs leadership and entrepreneurship programs informed by the lens of Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™).

Yui is an ORSC-certified coach (ORSCC). She holds a master’s degree in design strategy from Kyushu University and is certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the ICF. These credentials anchor her in rigorous practice, but it is her responsive, lived engagement with real-world systems that brings depth and agility to her work.

At the heart of her practice is a belief that the future lives in the space between us. Yui listens for the subtle signals within relationships—the unspoken hopes, the tensions that stir change—and helps teams rediscover their own sources of vitality and possibility.

Her work invites individuals, teams, and organizations to pause, reconnect, and ask: “What kind of future do we truly want to step into, together?” From there she guides them to begin, gently and powerfully, with the relationships right in front of them.
