Yuri has been an active player in the global professional coaching field since 2004. She has trained and coached more than 3,000 leaders and coaches across nations and from various backgrounds, including global corporate executives, NGO leaders, entrepreneurs, teachers and dream seekers.

Prior to her coaching career, Yuri worked as a management consultant specializing in organizational and leadership development. After serving as a trainer for the Coach Training Institute (CTI) for eight years, she launched the ORSC Program in Japan and founded CRR Global Japan in 2009. Yuri is currently a global faculty member of CRR Global, developing organizational systems coaches around the world, including in Japan, China, Singapore, South Africa and Australia.

Yuri designs and facilitates tailor-made programs that awaken potential within. She empowers authentic leadership and aligned relationships both individually and as teams. She is also a skilled translator, having transcribed “Systems Inspired Leadership,” “Relationship Matters,” and “Co-active Coaching” into Japanese.

Yuri is an ORSC-certified coach, a master coach, and holds CPCC and TLCC credentials. In addition, she has a master’s degree in Asian-Pacific studies and a bachelor’s degree in international law.

Yuri is passionate about healing pain, bridging divides, and bringing forgiveness and reconciliation into systems. Most recently, she is empowering university students to become future global leaders who own their authentic identity and cultural roots.
