Zuzanna is a systems-inspired coach, facilitator and founder who helps bold leaders and brave teams build cultures that are radically human, relational and resilient. Her work is grounded in the belief that transformation begins with relationships—to ourselves, each other and the systems to which we belong.
As a faculty member at CRR Global, she trains coaches and leaders around the world in relationship systems coaching.Zuzanna also supports families as they navigate major transitions and intergenerational wealth transfer. In these deeply relational spaces, she helps families move beyond just planning and process toward authentic dialogue, mutual understanding and shared purpose. She blends holistic approaches, systemic coaching and practical strategy to support connection across generations. Zuzanna invites families to slow down, tend to what matters most and build legacies rooted in trust and alignment.
With a strong background in academic biomedical research, Zuzanna brings the rigor of science into the heart of human systems. She spent years in globally top-ranked research institutions before choosing to leave two Ph.D. programs, as a conscious act of resistance to dehumanizing environments. That decision became a turning point, and now fuels her commitment to help others reclaim their agency, voice and vitality at work.
Zuzanna’s methodology is responsive, relational and evolving. It integrates systems coaching (ORSC), Co-Active principles, Positive Intelligence and the Resilient Teams framework. Her practice is also deeply shaped by trauma-informed facilitation and regenerative leadership. Zuzanna believes that diversity is intelligence—across race, identity, generation and worldview. For her, inclusion is not a separate value. It is the system’s capacity to hold complexity, foster creativity and sustain collective growth.
Her presence is warm, grounded and quietly fierce. She brings ease and clarity into complexity, naming the things others avoid—always with compassion, never for performance. Working with her feels surprisingly light, even when the work goes deep. It is often marked by laughter, playfulness and moments of unexpected joy. Her clarity is paired with humor, intuition and a steady eye on what truly matters.
