
Setting the tone
Establishing a clear agenda at the start of a coaching session is incredibly important. It sets expectations and also influences the relationship between coach and client. This powerful tool can set the tone for everything else to follow – and it can also be the coaching session in and of itself. As CRR Global co-founder Faith Fuller explains, the agenda doesn’t have to be something we rush to get done at the beginning of the session.
