She specializes in team development, conflict resolution, leadership skills, and systemic coaching. Originally from The Netherlands, she speaks Dutch, English, and German. Her cross-cultural experience was established through living in Austria, the United States, Germany and the UAE over the past 18 years, working within culturally diverse environments, organizations and teams.

Michael Holton ORSCC, EIA-SP, ESIA, ICE-AC, ICF-PCC

Michael Holton is the CEO of CRR Global and a systems-inspired coach whose work integrates Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™), somatic awareness, trauma-informed practice and developmental leadership. He supports leaders, teams and organizations in building coherence, trust and the capacity to navigate complexity. Michael’s approach is grounded in deep listening, relational intelligence and a commitment to equity and regenerative change.

Yuri Morikawa ORSCC, CPCC, ICF-MCC

An active player in the global professional coaching field since 2004, Yuri Morikawa has trained and coached thousands of leaders and coaches across nations, including global corporate executives, NGO leaders, entrepreneurs, teachers and dream seekers. She launched the ORSC Program in Japan,  founded CRR Global Japan and currently develops organizational systems coaches around the world, including in Japan, China, Singapore, South Africa, and Australia.

Marita Fridjhon is co-founder of CRR Global, co-creator of the world-recognized Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) program and mentor to an ever-growing community of relationship systems practitioners. Her deeply integrative approach is drawn from her foundations in clinical social work, family systems therapy and organizational consulting. Marita is co-author of “Systems Inspired Leadership” and “Creating Intelligent Teams.
