Yuri Morikawa has been a professional coach since 2004, training and coaching eaders and coaches worldwide, including corporate executives, NGO leaders, and entrepreneurs. She is a global faculty member of CRR Global and the founder of CRR Japan.
Fuyuo Sato is a senior faculty member at CRR Global and an experienced coach with a passion for transforming relationships in teams and organizations.

An active player in the global professional coaching field since 2004, Yuri Morikawa has trained and coached thousands of leaders and coaches across nations, including global corporate executives, NGO leaders, entrepreneurs, teachers and dream seekers. She launched the ORSC Program in Japan, founded CRR Global Japan and currently develops organizational systems coaches around the world, including in Japan, China, Singapore, South Africa, and Australia.
Fuyuo’s strength as a coach is in providing a safe, empowering space for his clients. He works across Japan and the broader APAC region, including China and Singapore. He is engaged in organizational development and coaching initiatives with a wide range of clients, from large global corporations to non-profit organizations. Together with fellow faculty member Izumi Shimazaki, Fuyuo co-developed a program called ORS@Nature which he offers through CRR Global Japan.
