Faith co-founded CRR Global and co-created Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™). She is a psychologist and experienced trainer and coach, with decades of experience in working with organizations, couples and communities. Faith is also the author of Relationship Matters: A New Paradigm for an Evolutionary Leap in Relationship.
Sandra partners with individuals, partnerships and teams to increase their awareness of their strengths and challenges, boosting effectiveness while also bringing lightness and humor. She uses a systems theory approach that reveals potential and resolves conflict. Her specialties include messy mergers, acquisitions and other change initiatives, unskillful team dynamics, team conflict, toxic or poor communication, inclusion issues, lack of positivity and role confusion.
