Juggling overlapping roles and responsibilities
Often people become identified with the job they are doing—an “outer role” like being CEO or cook. They might also identify with an emotional job for which they feel responsible – what we call an “inner role” like being the peacemaker, or the one who speaks up. In this episode, CRR Global co-founder Marita Fridjhon talks about the different types of roles and what we might learn from the overlapping of the many roles in our lives. How might we better navigate this juggling of responsibilities, jobs and parts of self, now and also beyond a time of COVID.
