A winning approach to coaching young lacrosse players
Keiko Muramatsu discusses how she used ORSC tools in sports. Prior to becoming a systems coach, Keiko played lacrosse for Japan in the world cup and went on to be the general manager of Japan’s women’s U-19 team. As part of her ORSC certification journey, Keiko began using ORSC tools to coach the young lacrosse players along with the wider systems to which they belonged.
