Worldwork Collaborative Calls
Led by CRR Global's Candlelight Committee
As ORSC coaches, we support people in unfolding, influencing and transforming the systems around them.
- The Worldwork Collaborative is a community of ORSC students and alumni who hold monthly calls to learn, practice and support one another in embracing complexity. By exploring our differences through the lenses of “me,” “we” and “us,” we can create relationships that have space for multiple perspectives.
- These calls expand our capacity to hold multiple truths, discover new possibilities and contribute to a more conscious and connected world.

Consultation Calls
Led by CRR Global senior faculty members
Deepen your knowledge of ORSC. These hour-long calls are hosted live by CRR Global, and all ORSC course participants and alumni are welcome. The forum remains open to you not only after completion of the initial series, but at any point in your coaching journey. This is the place to:
- bring questions about elements of the training.
- ask for advice on how the tools might be used in different coaching scenarios.
- get support in designing a workshop on a particular topic.
As long as you have completed at least one ORSC course, you are welcome to participate. The only restriction is that these sessions are not for supervising live coaching or receiving coaching yourself.
Consider this an open invitation to continue growing your systems coaching skills in the company of our global community.
