Kay Harper’s work centers on growing leadership that supports transformation across individuals, teams and the wider systems they inhabit. She partners with leaders and organizations to cultivate collaboration, adaptability and systemic awareness, enabling them not only to respond to today’s fast-changing environment but to create lasting, meaningful change.
She works across corporate, nonprofit and public sectors to foster systems-inspired leadership development. Kay believes leadership lives within the whole system and that differences are not barriers but powerful sources of wisdom. By expanding awareness of self, others and the larger system, she supports alignment and resilience while opening pathways for collective creativity and possibility.
Her passion for systems work grew from experiences in corporate, nonprofit and start-up environments, where she observed the stagnation and disconnection that arise when leadership and collaboration fail to evolve. Recognizing that continuous learning and growth are vital to any system, Kay became a catalyst for transformation.
Her practice integrates Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™), dialogic practices, adult development theory and neuroscience. These approaches allow her to meet each system in its current reality while inviting growth into new ways of being. Alongside client work, Kay is committed to developing other coaches, equipping them with systemic tools and relational practices that ripple outward to create impact beyond individual organizations.
Kay’s additional certifications include The Leadership Circle Profile, and she is an ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC). Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry.
Kay is shaped by the wisdom of many teachers and traditions, including CRR Global’s ORSC methodology, CTI coaching, The Leadership Circle, and the thought leadership of Robert Kegan, William Torbert, Ken Wilber, William Bridges, Richard Boyatzis, David Kantor, Sarah Hill and Amanda Blake. She carries these lineages forward in her coaching and facilitation, evolving them to meet the needs of today’s leaders, organizations and interconnected systems.
