From championing human rights and conflict resolution on the global stage to empowering changemakers, I bring over 25 years of experience in conflict prevention, resolution, and human rights protection. My career spans key roles within the United Nations, the U.S. government, and leading global think tanks and non-profits.

Today, I coach and consult purpose-driven individuals and organizations, guiding them through the complexities of a volatile world. I specialize in facilitating transformation for leaders and systems in transition, helping them thrive in dynamic environments.

I hold a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies (IUED) in Geneva. I am a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, with additional certifications from Columbia University, the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and the Center for Right Relationship/Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (CRR/ORSC). I am also trained as a mindfulness teacher through the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute and the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program of the Greater Good Science Center.

By weaving together tools and insights from international relations, neuroscience, psychology, somatics, and contemplative practices, I support those on the front lines of change to lead with resilience, clarity, and grounded presence.
