Green Light GO

Green Light GO is CRR Global’s licensed partner in Spain, dedicated to expanding systemic coaching and leadership development throughout the Spanish-speaking world. Based in Barcelona, the school delivers the accredited Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) curriculum in Spanish, blending global methodology with local cultural insight.

As a coaching school specializing in transformational learning experiences that combine professional excellence with personal depth, Green Light GO supports coaches, leaders and professionals in developing the relational intelligence needed to facilitate meaningful, sustainable transformation in teams and systems. Our vision is to change the world through people, creating learning environments that are rigorous, human-centered and deeply impactful.

All ORSC courses offered in Spain are conducted in Spanish. Spanish-speaking participants can fully immerse themselves in the learning experience, and engage with the depth and nuance of the ORSC methodology in their native language. When facilitators do not speak Spanish, courses are delivered with consecutive translation. This allows international experts to contribute while maintaining clarity and accessibility. Our approach ensures cultural relevance and linguistic precision throughout the journey.
