Shannon is a certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She also holds a Master of Business Administration, is accredited in the Leadership Circle Profile assessments and curriculum, and is a certified teacher of the Enneagram.
