I’m all about staying curious, working together, and really listening. I help people show up with purpose and lead in a way that feels true to them.

Maddie Weinreich is a pioneer in the global systems coaching movement. She supports the growth and well-being of leaders, teams, organizations, coaches, and couples through coaching, training, and leadership development. Maddie contributes to global transformation by enhancing and nourishing healthy professional and personal relationships.

Whether working with a high-performing team navigating complexity or a couple striving to deepen their connection, Maddie’s work centers on building relational health, resilience, and systemic effectiveness. She supports progressive organizations in cultivating high-trust, high-impact cultures, and works with coaches and leaders committed to deepening their systems awareness. Maddie also coaches couples ready to roll up their sleeves to co-create the relationships they long for—grounded in authenticity, commitment, and mutual growth. Her approach is rooted in systems thinking and responsive engagement.

As an ORSC coach, Maddie draws on a wide range of methodologies to help teams and organizations become more cohesive and resilient. She helps teams address business challenges including change management, conflict navigation, role clarification, engagement, recognizing differences, decision making, and future visioning. Whether in coaching, training, or facilitation, she brings a dynamic presence that adapts to what each system needs in the moment, meeting clients with curiosity, clarity, and a deep respect for emergent intelligence.

Maddie’s work is deeply shaped by the legacy of Systems Inspired Leadership and systemic team development through CRR Global, where she has served as a respected faculty member for over two decades. She builds on the foundational practices of Co-Active Coaching, and executive leadership development from the Center for Executive Coaching. Her supervision work is informed by European coaching standards and the reflective practice lineage of EMCC. She has studied with Drs. John and Julie Gottman, Dr. Tammy Nelson, Esther Perel and other thought leaders in the world of intimate relationships. Through all these influences, she carries forward a commitment to wholeness, integrity, and relational well-being. She holds an EISA “gold standard” accreditation in coaching supervision from the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).

Maddie is guided by a deep belief in the power of relationships to transform systems. She is oriented toward authenticity, resilience, and the wisdom that emerges through courageous conversations and exchanges. Her approach invites business teams, leaders, and couples to reshape their conversations, surface new information, and move forward effectively. She creates spaces where people feel safe enough to be challenged and supported enough to grow. Maddie calls forth transformation through conscious choice, relational courage, and a shared commitment to evolving together.
