This discussion of ORSC in Asia is between Yuri Morikawa, a CRR Global faculty member based in Japan and Rebecca Hou, a faculty member based in China. During International Coaching Week, the duo had offered an impactful virtual workshop, Empowering Deep Democracy in Organizations with Asian Culture. Both Chinese and Japanese participants took part.
